Love isn’t doing what easy . Love is doing what hurts all the time either . Love is honoring yourself and your needs , no matter the situation and only compromising when you truly can afford to . Love is putting EVERYTHING on the table , ALWAYS . Love is vulnerability , honesty , trust (in yourself and God) , desire , connection , effort , push and pull . Love is reflection . Reflecting on yourself , your growth , your needs , your negotiable and non negotiable . Also , acknowledging when it is revealed to you the parts of yourself that someone else reflects to you . Love is understanding what that means and growing accordingly . Love is space . Taking up space , providing space , creating space and needing space . Love is a life long lesson . Anything that you love loves you . Even . Even when it’s not healthy for you because our egos can love pain . Our hearts can love pain . Love is loving enough to heal and reimagine , recreate and recommit to redefining love . Love is awareness . Love is where i feel i am always growing the most consistently and the deepest . Love used to be fireworks , love to me now is the sky that holds them .
